I just wanted to thank you for being such a great person and excellent realtor.  I know with the market like it is, it is hard to sell a home.  You did everything and more than I expected.  Whenever my box was out of fliers, you filled it.  You had me on more listings than I new ever existed.  From the minute I chose you as my realtor to the act of sale, I could not have asked for more.  You may use this as a reference is needed.  Again, thank you so much.  I will miss you.

Darlene was incredible to work with. She accommodated my busy work schedule to help me look for homes and she always answered any questions I had promptly. She has such a good feel for what her client is looking for in a home and makes to whole process of searching much more enjoyable and helps relieve the stress tremendously. I must say...when Richard told me it's time for us to become homeowners, I was extremely skeptical! Maybe more intimidated than anything. I randomly called an agent from a website. Someone called me...and when I say someone, I mean just that. It wasn't even the agent I called. That should've been a red flag but I paid it no mind. After NUMEROUS go-see's and counter-offers, we finally dismissed the agent. Frustrated, I called yet another company...Exit Realty. That's when I was blessed to meet you, Darlene. You were a blessing. When we said we couldn't afford this amount, you were right there in agreement, saying go with what you feel because we're the ones who have to pay for this purchase for years to come. We appreciate you for that. You didn't sugar-coat anything and we loved that about you. We thank you for making this home-buying process SMOOTH.
