I must say...when Richard told me it's time for us to become homeowners, I was extremely skeptical! Maybe more intimidated than anything. I randomly called an agent from a website. Someone called me...and when I say someone, I mean just that. It wasn't even the agent I called. That should've been a red flag but I paid it no mind. After NUMEROUS go-see's and counter-offers, we finally dismissed the agent. Frustrated, I called yet another company...Exit Realty. That's when I was blessed to meet you, Darlene. You were a blessing. When we said we couldn't afford this amount, you were right there in agreement, saying go with what you feel because we're the ones who have to pay for this purchase for years to come.
